Chikkodi: On the occasion of Ganpati festival, BJP MP Annasaheb Jolle and his wife Shashikala Jolle, MLA from Chikkodi constituency paid a tribute to all the COVID warriors by bringing home a ‘doctor’ Ganpati.
Personnel from medical fraternity, police and ASHA workers have been working tirelessly during the Covid-19 pandemic to save human lives.
In view of their selfless services, the minister couple brought home Ganapati idol, in the form of a doctor, and even decorated the pandal with small figurines representing Covid warriors.
A special puja was offered to the Lord seeking eradication of coronavirus.
