Bengaluru: CCB police officials investigating the sandalwood drug case are reportedly facing language problems.
African-origin Loom Pepper, who was arrested by the CCB for allegedly supplying drugs to Sandalwood stars, is speaking in an African language with the police officials at the CCB.
He claims to not know English and speaks in a broken form of the language which the police officers are not able to comprehend completely.
The CCB officials are suspecting that he is deliberately not speaking in English as another co-accused in the case and Pepper’s customer Ravi Shankar had said that Pepper can speak in English.
Police have called in translators who know the African language Pepper is speaking.
