Fishing trip goes awry, 2 boys drown in Chitradurga

Chitradurga: Two boys, who went fishing in a lake in Hosadurga drowned on Thursday, September 11.
The deceased boys are identified as Jayanth (13), a resident of Devapura village, and Prajwal (12), a resident of Gownahalli village of the Taluk.
As per sources, the duo had gone missing after they went fishing on Thursday, September 10 evening to a nearby lake, and the locals who were looking for them found their bodies in Narasipura on Friday, September 11.
Local police have registered a case in this regard.
