Kaup: Car hits electric pole on NH divider; 5 injured

Kaup: A car rammed into an electric pole on the National Highway divider here injuring five people in it on Friday, September 11.
It is reported that the car was travelling to Udupi from Mangaluru. The driver lost control of the vehicle near Kaup old Mescom office and hit an electric pole near the highway.
The car was completely damaged in the incident and three people were severely injured while two have suffered minor injuries. The injured have been admitted to a private hospital at Udupi.
Kaup MLA Lalaji R. Mendon, Kaup SI Rajasekhara B. Saganur and others visited the spot.
