Gajendragarh: Police raid marijuana den; arrests 5

Gajendragarh: Police raided a marijuana vending den and arrested five persons for possession of 500 grams of marijuana and 3 kg of marijuana plants. The police also seized 2 two-wheelers.

The marijuana was being sold in small packets costing approximately Rs 200 each from a house at Kaddiyavara layout within Gajendragarh police station limits.

The raid was conducted by a police team from the station led by Sub Inspector Gurushant Dashalya.

The five arrested have been identified as Erappa Yamanappa Rathod (47), Wasim Aminasab Bangaragundi (20), Viresh Prabhakar Girani (22), Viresh Govindappa Dyawanankondi (21) and Shivakumar Kashappa Betageri (23).
