Chikmagalur: A car toppled after losing control and plunged into a waterfall stream at Mudigere taluk’s Somanakadu on Sunday, September 13.
The incident is reported to have occurred because of the fog-covered road. The car lost control supposedly due to low visibility and plunged into the waterfall.
Five people were travelling from Davanagere to Dharmasthala in the car. All have escaped unhurt.
Later, the car was raised up with the help of a crane.
