K’taka COVID-19 update: 9725 new cases; 6583 discharges; 70 deaths on Sep 15

Bengaluru: On September 15, 9,725 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State.

On the same day, 6,583 people were discharged after recovering from the virus and 70 succumbed to the pandemic.

The State’s tally now stands at 4,84,990 total cases out of which 1,01,626 are active.

Districts that reported higher cases on the day include Bengaluru Urban 3,571, Mysuru 748, Dakshina Kannada 466, Tumakuru 401, Ballari 381, Hassana 308, Uttara Kannada 294, Shivamogga 293, Belagavi 258, Dharwad 246, Chitradurga 227, Kalaburagi 221 and Davanagere 213.
