Bike-borne miscreants rob man at knifepoint in Udupi

Udupi: A man was robbed of Rs cash and a mobile phone at knifepoint near Indrali petrol bunk industrial area on Saturday, September 19.

The victim, identified as Nitesh Devadiga was on his way home at around 4.30 am after his work shift when the bike-borne miscreants allegedly intercepted him and robbed him of cash and mobile phone at knifepoint.

Nitesh also suffered minor injury to his chest in the incident.

A case has been registered with Manipal police.
