K’taka COVID-19 update: 6974 new cases, 9073 discharges, 83 deaths on Sep 21

Bengaluru: On September 21, 6,974 new cases of COVID-19 were detected from across the State along with 9,073 recoveries and 83 COVID-19 deaths.

The total number of cases in the State now stands at 5,33,850 out of which 8,228 are dead.

Presently, 93,153 COVID-19 cases are active in the State out of which 822 cases are undergoing treatment in Intensive Care Units.

Districts that reported high incidences of COVID-19 cases include Bengaluru Urban 3,082, Mysuru 443, Tumakuru 240, Hassana 235, Shivamogga 234, Dakshina Kannada 211, Davanagere 198, Ballari 181, Koppala 180 and Uttara Kannada 155.
