Bihar elections to be held in 3 phases from Oct 28, counting on Nov 10

New Delhi: Elections will be held in Bihar in three phases starting from October 28, the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced at a press conference here today.
The election is the first major election being held amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The second and third phase of the elections will take place on 3rd and 7th November, respectively. Counting of votes will be on November 10.
