Shimoga: Man steals police bike after being fined for not wearing mask

Shimoga: A strange theft took place at the district’s Hosanagara police station where a man brought to the station to pay a fine for not wearing facemask stole a police bike while leaving.
The thief identified as Chetan was later arrested from Kundapur in Udupi district.
Chetan was taken to the police station and fined for not wearing a mask. After paying the fine he got out of the police station and stole a parked bike from the station premises.
