K’taka Textile min Shrimant Patil tests COVID-19 positive

Bengaluru: State’s Handloom and Textiles and Minority Welfare Minister Shrimant Patil has confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.
The minister informed about it through a tweet stating that I had undergone test for COVID-19 and the reports returned positive. Although there are no symptoms, I am seeking treatment on the advice of the physician.
“With your blessings and wishes, I will be back to serve you soon. I request that all those who came in contact with me in the past two, three days to get a COVID-19 test,” Patil added.
