Bengaluru: Dr Rajesh Gowda from the Sira assembly constituency joined the BJP on October 3 along with his supporters in the presence of BJP’s State president Nalin Kumar Kateel.
Speaking on the occasion, Kateel said that the Congress is a sinking ship hence hundreds of members of the Congress and the JD(S) are joining the BJP.
Kateel expressed confidence that the BJP would win the RR Nagar and Sira assembly constituency bye-elections and the four seats to the State’s Legislative Council.
