Kalaburagi: This old age home has not yet recorded a single COVID-19 case

Kalaburagi: Mahadevi Tai Mahila Vidya Vardhaka Sangha old age home in Kalaburagi has not yet recorded a single case of COVID-19 so far.

Reportedly, there are 30 people and all of them are over 60 years of age at the Mahadevi Tai Mahila Vidya Vardhaka Sangha old age which is 25 years old. In order to avoid the infection, the old age home administration is not allowing people from outsiders.

However, the administration is following all the safety measures within the old age home by given them masks and sanitizers. The doctors regularly do the health checkup of all the members to keep a check on the infection.

Karnataka on Sunday reported 10,145 new COVID-19 cases, 7,287 discharges, and 67 deaths today, taking total cases to 6,40,661 including 5,15,782 discharges and 9,286 deaths. The number of active cases stands at 1,15,574, said State Health Department.
