K’taka COVID-19 tally crosses 7 lakhs with 10517 new cases, 8337 recoveries, 102 deaths on Oct 9

Bengaluru: On October 9, 10,517 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State.

The same day, 8,337 people were discharged after recovering from the virus and 102 succumbed to the virus.

The total tally in the State crossed 7 lakhs and now stands at 7,00,786 cases out of which 1,20,929 are active and 9,891 dead

Districts that reported high cases of COVID-19 are Bengaluru Urban 4,563, Belagavi 515, Mysuru 465, Hassana 455, Chitradurga 447, Tumakuru 374, Davanagere 345, Dakshina Kannada 316, Shivamogga 259 and Udupi 237.
