Kutch: The city police have traced a 16-year-old boy who allegedly issued rape threats to former Indian cricket team skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s minor daughter after CSK (Chennai Super Kings) lost a match to KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders).
The accused minor who is studying in standard 12 is a resident of a village in Mundra taluka whose father is a farmer and also involved in the construction business.
Reportedly the juvenile has confessed to having posted the threat message on his social media account on Instagram as he was angry with CSK losing to KKR. He was also upset with Dhoni after India lost in the 2019 World Cup.
After informing about the case development to the Ranchi police which is investigating the case, the boy was allowed to go back to his parents for the time being.
