Mangaluru: Veteran actor and director Madhava Jappu Patna passed away on Thursday, October 15.
Madhava, a senior actor of Tulu theatre, he had extended encouragement to many talented people. He was also was the trustee of Goddess Bhagwati temple. Being
Madhava had been honoured with a number of prestigious awards and recognitions including the state award. Besides being the trustee of Kudroli Goddess Bhagawathi temple, he also was functioning as the vice president of Navanidhi Multipurpose Cooperative Society.
Madhava’s funeral is planned to be performed in the afternoon at the Nandigudde graveyard on Thursday October 15, informed sources.
