Surendra Bantwal murder case: Two more arrested

Bantwal: The police team probing Surendra Bantwal murder case held two more people and with this, as many as nine people have been arrested so far.
Pratheek and Jayesh are arrested and they were produced to the court today.
Earlier the police had arrested Satish Kulal, Girish Kinnigoli, Akash Bhavav Sharan, Venkatesh Poojary, Pradeep, Sharif, Divyaraj, Rajesh, and Anil Pumpwell, and produced them in the court.
Surendra, a resident of Vasti Apartment, Bantwal Bhandaribettu, was hacked to death by miscreants on October 20. A case in this connection is registered in Bantwal police station.
T D Nagaraj, CPI, Bantwal circle is conducting an investigation under guidance from SP B M Laxmiprasad and assistant DySP Valentine D’ Souza.
Five special teams are formed to nab the suspected killers consisting of PSIs Avinash H Gowda, Bantwal police station, Prasanna M S, Bantwal rural station, Sanjiva K, Bantwal rural police station, Nandakumar PSI, Belthangadi station, Vinod Reddy, PSI Vitla station, Rajesh K V, PSI Bantwal traffic police station, Kalaimar PSI Bantwal town police station, Kumar Kamble PSI Belthangadi traffic police station, Ravi B S PI, Cheluvaraj PI, technical department staff and expert police staff in the district.
