After losing 4 wickets for 20, Delhi Capitals troll ‘self’ using Trump’s tweet

Delhi Capitals quoted a tweet by US President Donald Trump to self troll themselves during Qualifier 1 of Indian Premier League (IPL) on Thursday here.

After losing three quick wickets for a score of zero and then 20 for 4 in the first four overs while chasing Mumbai Indians’ score of 200, the team used Donald Trump’s “STOP THE COUNT!” with “Me to the guy updating the wickets column”.

The tweet evoked several hilarious responses from netizens.

On Sunday, Mumbai posted a massive 200/5 on the board, courtesy half-centuries by Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan and some late hitting by Hardik Pandya. They then restricted Delhi to 143/8 with pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah (4/14) wreaking havoc along with Trent Boult (2/9).

Meanwhile, Delhi will get another shot at making the title clash in Qualifier on Sunday.
