Nephew of MLA Akhanda files plaint against fake FB acc in his name

Bengaluru: Naveen Kumar P, the nephew of Pulakeshinagar MLA R Akhanda Srinivas Murthy, whose alleged Facebook post was used as the reason for the violence on the night of August 11 at KJ Halli and DJ Halli here, has registered a complaint at the cybercrime police station stating that a fake profile in his name has been created on Facebook.
He has alleged that someone has created that fake profile and is sending requests to his friends and posting derogatory content. Adding that he does not have an account on the social networking website.
Kumar is presently out on bail in the case regarding his offensive Facebook post that triggered the violence.
