Mysuru: Two police officers killed in road mishap

Mysuru: In a tragic accident two police were killed after the jeep they were traveling in hit a tree near KR Nagar Taluk on late Wednesday, November 12 night.
The deceased have been identified as KR Nagar police station ASI Murthy and SB Shantakumar. The accident took place while there were on their night rounds and were traveling towards KR Nagar from Saligrama.
It is gathered that the police jeep hit the tree after the driver lost control over the vehicle and as the result, both died on the spot.
