New Delhi: The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Karnataka government on Friday, December 4 on a bail plea filed by actress Ragini Dwivedi in the drugs case.
Ragini had filed a bail application in the Supreme Court on Sunday, November 29 after the special NDPS Court at Bengaluru and later the Karnataka High Court denied the same.
In the notice, the apex court had sought a reply from the State government on the actress’s petition.
Ragini Dwivedi was arrested by the Bengaluru’s Central Crime Branch on charges of consumption and distribution of illegal drugs on September 4.
