Bengaluru: The State’s Legislative Assembly session which began on Monday, December 7 will end on Thursday, December 10.
The session was earlier decided to go on till December 15 but has now been curtailed due to the gram panchayat elections.
This decision was taken after the urging of MLAs from the three parties at the Business Advisory Committee meeting, said Law Minister JC Madhuswamy.
In wake of the shortened session period, bills will be presented in the assembly for passage in the next two days.
It was reported that the debate on the ‘One Nation, One Election’ issue has been postponed to the next session.
