K’taka COVID-19 update: 1238 new cases, 5076 discharges and 12 deaths on Dec 9

Bengaluru: 1,238 new cases of COVID-19 and 12 related fatalities were reported on Tuesday, December 9. The day also saw 5,076 patients getting discharged after recovery.

The State’s tally now stands at 8,97,801total cases out of which 19,206  are presently active and 11,912 dead.

Bengaluru Urban district, with 701 cases, topped the State in the number of fresh infections.
