Uppinangady: Thieves break into bar, escape with booty of cash

Uppinangady: In a case of theft reported from Uppinangady, burglars targeted a shop and a bar located on the National Highway 75 here and escaped with lakhs of rupees in cash.

The incident took place at Ullas Bar situated in Laxmi complex and a grocery shop nearby.

According to reports, the unidentified miscreants initially broke into the grocery shop, stole money, and later entered Ullas Bar from the backdoor where they stole money from the cash counter.
