Mangaluru-Mysuru flight service inaugurated on Dec 11

Mangaluru: Alliance Air, a subsidiary of Air India, started its first flight service between the city and Mysuru on Friday, December 11.
The flight left Mysuru at 10:42 am and landed in Mangaluru at 11:22 am, where it was accorded a ‘water salute.’
A cake-cutting event to celebrate the inauguration of the service was also held in the presence of Airport Director VV Rao and officials from the Adani Group.
25 passengers had arrived in the flight from Mysuru and 31 passengers were aboard when the flight departed for Mysuru at 12:55 pm.
The Post Department also released postcards at the ceremony to commemorate the commencement of the flight service.
This Alliance Air flight will be carrying passengers between the cities on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
