Rs 1 crore question on Mahabharat forced Anamaya Yogesh Diwakar to quit

Udupi: A student of Vidyodaya Public School, Udupi who was among the 8 finalists selected to play Kaun Banega Crorepati with Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan won Rs 50 lakhs in the competition.

Anamaya Yogesh Diwakar who is currently studying in 7th standard was selected to participate in the show from almost 1.5 lakh students all over India.

This Udupi boy completely won Amitabh’s heart and the audience’s attention with his smartness and quick answers.

Anamaya Yogesh Diwakar who won Rs 50 lakhs and had even had saved one lifeline till the end, failed to answer the 1 crore question and quit as he did not want to risk.

During the show, Amitabh as usual had a heart-to-heart discussion with the contestant during which the boy revealed that he would someday want to own his own car company.

An online quiz competition was conducted by ‘Vedantu’, an online learning app for 20 days in the month of October which was followed by a series of quiz tests and interviews. Finally, 8 students were selected to play KBC.

The student special episode is being telecasted on Sony tv from December 14 to 17 at 9 pm
