K’taka COVID-19 update: 877 new cases, 1084 discharges, 6 deaths on Dec 31

Bengaluru: On new year’s eve, the State recorded 877 new cases of COVID-19 along with 1,084 recoveries and 6 virus-related deaths.

At the year’s end, the State’s total tallies of COVID-19 cases stands at 9,20,373 total reported cases and 12,096 deaths.

11,058 COVID-19 patients are presently undergoing treatment and out of that 189 are admitted to Intensive Care Units.

Bengaluru Urban district reported the highest number of cases on the same day at 464.

All other districts of the State reported less than 50 cases.
