Caught on Camera: K’taka Law minister seen abusing govt engineer in Tumkur

Tumkur: A video of Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister of Karnataka, JC Madhuswamy abusing government officials has gone viral on social media.

The incident occurred during a meeting in Tumkur district on Thursday, Jan 7.

The minister alleged that the engineering department was not doing its job well. In the video, the minister could be heard saying, “I will kick you so hard that you will not know where you will fall, rascal! Am I here to tend donkeys? What did I tell you? You did nothing. Why didn’t you do it? Which soap do you buy to wash your wife’s clothes? Rascals — what have you thought? Last time, I had told you. Why wasn’t it completed?”

The opposition was was quick to condemn the incident and sought an apology from Madhuswamy
