KSRTC driver tries to commit suicide due to pressure from higher authorities

Puttur: A KSRTC driver attached with the BC road depot tried to commit suicide by drinking poison.
The driver who attempted suicide is identified as Nagesh a resident of Kashibettu.
It is gathered that Nagesh tried to commit suicide due to pressure from his higher authority.
Nagesh and his higher authority got into an argument after he was posted on the Kasaragod-BC road route bus. Following the argument, Nagesh tried to commit suicide.
Nagesh’s family has now filed a case against the BC road depot manager with the Puttur police.
