Three held for attempted abduction at Konchady

Mangaluru: In connection with the abduction attempt of a boy near Konchadi Mahalasa temple in the city, the police have arrested three persons.
The reason for attempting the kidnap will be known after a police investigation.
Meanwhile, it is gathered that one of the culprits is a college student.
On January 14, three men bike-borne culprits attempted to kidnap a boy by forcing him into a sack. However one of the boys accompanying him raised an alarm forcing the culprit to flee the spot out of fear of being caught.
While initially, people felt that the boys were bluffing, CCTV footages confirmed the kidnapping attempt.
