Lose weight by just doing Surya namaskar

For people who barely have time to do anything and are looking for ways to lose weight, we highly recommend doing surya namaskar or the sun salutation as it targets your entire body and helps you get fit.
Surya Namaskar is a full body workout that forms the foundation of power yoga, promoting weight loss.
It strengthens your body and core muscles, enhancing blood circulation, synchronizing the breathing pattern.
As there is no certain rule as to performing the exercise in the morning, but its important to make sure you do it on an empty stomach.
Surya Namsakar doesn’t require you to go to the gym as you can perform it anywhere and all you need is a yoga mat.
Meditate before and after the routine to calm your mind.
Studies reveal that each round of surya namaskar burns close to 13.90 calories and the ideal number of reps is 12. Each round takes around 4 minutes, and doing around 12 reps will help you burn up to 416 calories.
