I am sure we all have heard about pizza being unhealthy and having some serious side effects. Lets look up what are these side effects all of us have been hearing about.
As pizza is high in carbs and fat, and doesn’t include a ton of fiber hence you’re more likely to feel hungry after eating a slice. Hence you can easily overindulge in food as tasty as pizza.
Consuming too much pizza can increase the risk of heart diseases as most toppings have a ton of saturated fats.
The ugliest side effect of consuming pizza is that it all appears on your face in the form of acne as pizza contains ingredients that are not so good for your dermatological problems.
Pizza is loaded with sodium and studies state that increased salt intake leads to strokes, making pizza a major risk.
Sodium doesn’t just lead to strokes but also lead to hypertension with the increase in the salt levsls.
