Mangaluru: In yet another controversial remark, RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat said that a non-Muslim MLA should be elected by the people of the Mangaluru constituency.

Speaking to presspersons here on Wednesday Prabhakar Bhat compared Ullal to Pakistan.

“Pakistan, was with India and people who live there, were all Indians but after partition people living there changed their mindset. Now the situation in Ullal is the same. That is why I said Ullal is becoming like Pakistan and I have never regretted my statement” he said.

“Pakistan has completely turned red. Hindus who live in there face persecution, women are converted and temples are vandalized. A situation has emerged where it is very difficult for a Hindu to live. The same things are happening in Ullal. Cow slaughter and ‘Love Jihad’ is taking place there. If this is not Pakistan then what is it?” he questioned.

“Ullal is becoming more like Pakistan therefore people should make a non-Muslim as MLA,” said Bhat.
