Accused Madhukar Reddy sentenced to 12 years in ATM attack case

Bengaluru: The accused in the 2013 ATM attack case Madhukar Reddy has been sentenced to 12 years in prison by the city’s 65th Sessions Court.
Reddy was accused of assaulting a woman bank employee Jyoti Uday at an ATM in the city’s Corporation Circle eight years ago.
Rajeshwar, 6th Sessions Court judge, who had been hearing the case for a long time, declared him guilty of the crime on Monday, February 1.
The judge sentenced him to 12 years in prison today (February 2).
