Mangaluru: Former Mangaluru City corporator and Congress member Pratibha Kulai who had announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to anyone who smears black ink on the face of Dakshina Kannada district’s BJP vice-president Jagdish Adhikari, said that the reward money will be spent on educating underprivileged children.

Pratibha announced the reward after Adhiakri allegedly made derogatory remarks on Koti Chennaya and Billava leader Janardhan Poojary.

“Jagdish Adhikari must apologize for his statement within three days, otherwise, someone from the Billava community will blacken his face with ink,” Kulai had said.

She also restated her statements asking those youths who want to die to join BJP as the party leaders will not come to their rescue when they are jailed.

Kulai also questioned Harikrishna Bantwal for his silence over the entire issue.
