White House Deputy Press Secretary TJ Ducklo has resigned, a day after he was suspended for reportedly threatening a reporter working on a story about his relationship with another journalist.
“No words can express my regret, my embarrassment and my disgust for my behaviour,” Ducklo said in a statement. He added that the language he used was “abhorrent” and “unacceptable”.
