Bitcoin scam: Man arrested for duping people to the tune of Rs 46 lakh

Mangaluru: A man has been arrested for allegedly duping people by alluring them to invest in a Bitcoin company.
The accused has been identified as Abdul Latif, a resident of Ammunje, Bantwal. A case was registered with the Economic and Narcotic Crime police of the city.
Complainants alleged that Latif claimed to be the administrator of a company called ‘Bitcoin Crypto Currency’. He cheated several people to the tune of Rs 46 lac.
