Udupi: Heavy traffic jam was witnessed at Katpadi-National Highway 66 on Sunday, February 21. The regional police tried their best to mitigate the inconvenience caused due to the traffic.
As February 21 marked a Sunday, various celebrations and functions were held at wedding halls near the Katpadi region, resulting in a traffic jam.
On this occasion, the locals were found talking about the construction of flyover in order to reduce traffic.
The police who are supposed to ensure law and order in the region are found controlling the traffic. This needs to be resolved at the earliest.
