Covid-19 scare: Screening resumes at Talapady Check Post

Mangaluru: Amid the rise in Covid-19 cases in Kerala, screening of travellers resumes at Talapady check post.
Tahsildar, district health officer, and police personnel are inquiring people coming from across the neighbouring state and are also warning them about mandatory Covid-19 negative certificates for travellers from tomorrow
Keralites who visit the district for employment purposes have to undergo RT-PCR test every 15 days. Also, Covid-19 test for international passengers at the airport will begin from the 22nd.
Bus operators from Kerala have been directed to check if the passengers have a valid RT-PCR negative test report not older than 72 hours
A meeting headed by DC in this regard will be held on Monday, 22 February. A video conference will also be held with Karnataka Health Minister K Sudhakar.
