ಉಡುಪಿ: ಉಡುಪಿ-ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ವೇಳೆ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಅವಘಡ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀನಗರ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಸುಧಾ ಫರ್ನಿಚರ್ಸ್ ಫರ್ನಿಚರ್ ಅಂಗಡಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಕೂಡ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗಲಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಕಿಗೆ ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಸರ್ಕ್ಯೂಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗುಲಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ಬಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಕಿ ನಂದಿಸಲು ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕದಳ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಗಳು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 40 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ನಷ್ಟ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
