Bengaluru: Toddlers are the most curious and in their interest to investigate their surroundings they may frequently end up hurting themselves. A similar episode occurred in bnegaluru.

Parents of a 11-month-old girl  in Bengaluru, on Wednesday, had to go through a difficult time when their daughter was facing difficulty in breathing and hurried her to the Columbia Asia Hospital. Examinations uncovered that a fish, estimating 5-6 cm was stuck in her throat causing the child to choke. The little child had purportedly swallowed a ‘live’ fish, that she had figured out to angle out of the aquarium kept at their home.

Doctors quickly played out an endoscopic operation and managed to save the child’s life.
