12-yo M’luru boy delivers speech at Parliament Hall in New Delhi

A 12-year-old Mangaluru lad delivered a speech in Hindi at the Parliament Hall in New Delhi recently

The speech event was held to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on October 31 which is also observed as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.

Pratham Kini, a Class 6 student of Amrita Vidyalaya was among the 75 students chosen to deliver a speech.

Amrita Vidyalaya principal Arati S said that Pratham was the youngest among the participants.

Yatish Baikampadi informed that Pratham had also participated in the Veergatha competition and had reached the Super 25 level of the event organized by the Union Ministry of Defense along with Ministry of Education. He said that he got this opportunity as a continuation of that competition.

Pratham is born to Sunil Kini and Akshata Kini.
