Strange but true. An unusual puffed-up nacho created quite a stir on the social media and has been auctioned for a whopping AUD 80,100 or INR 44 lakh approximately.

The nacho was put up for sale by an Australian teen Rylee Stuart (13) on eBay, with the heading ‘puffy dorito one of a kind!’ under the seller name ‘kalia2403’.

Rylee herself is surprised that the nacho fetched such a high bid especially since the nachos packet cost her just 3 Australian dollars.

It so happened that Rylee was munching on her chips, when she found the puffy nacho in her regular bag of Cheese-flavoured Doritos. While initially she was gone eat it up, something told her to save it. When Rylee uploaded a video of the bizarre chip on social media, it went viral and garnered over 2 million views.

Several social media users even suggested putting the chip on auction online. Following this, Rylee listed the puffy nacho on eBay, and within 8 hours, the unique chip received extremely high bids of AUD 80,100 or INR 44 lakh approximately.

Recently, a McDonald’s chicken nugget which was part of the BTS meal fetched Rs. 73 lakhs in an online bid. The reason for its high price was that it was shaped just like a character from the popular game ‘Among Us’.

So, the next time you come across such a unique food item in your regular order, consider saving it! Who knows, you may hit a jackpot online?
