17-yo tigress passes away at Tyavarekoppa Safari

Shivamogga: Anjani, a 17-year-old tigress at the Tyavarekoppa Tiger and Lion Safari, passed away on Wednesday, January 8 night due to health complications.
The tigress had been suffering from multiple organ failure and succumbed despite medical treatment.
A team of veterinarians from the Veterinary College conducted a post-mortem examination, following which the last rites were performed, according to the Executive Director of the Tyavarekoppa Zoo.
