2 electrocuted to death in UP

Muzaffarnagar (UP): Two people were electrocuted to death in separate incidents here, the police said today.

In the first incident, a 40-year-old man was electrocuted last evening after he came in contact with live wire in Shikarpur village here, the police said today.

The man was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead, they said. In another incident, a 25-year-old man was killed after he accidentally touched a live wire in Lalukhedi village here, they said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem, they said.
