2 killed, 6 injured as jeep overturns in UP

Ballia (UP): Two persons were killed and six injured when their jeep overturned in Dharnipur village in the Dubhat area here, the police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when the driver lost control of the vehicle, they said, adding that the deceased have been identified as Arun (35) and Anita (36).
The injured have been hospitalised and the condition of three people has been stated as critical, the police said.
