Vitla: 20-year-old college student hangs herself to death

Vitla: A student pursuing undergraduate studies allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in Perla.

The deceased girl was identified as Shravya (20), daughter of Mahalinga Naik and Kumudakshi couple residing at Bajakoodlu near Perla.

Shravya was a final year student of the government first-grade college, Vitla.

It is suspected that she might have killed herself in her room on the afternoon of October 29, when she was alone at home.

The deceased is survived by her father, mother, and two sisters. Police have registered a complaint about the incident and are conducting further investigations.
