Raichur: A 40-year-old coal supply pipeline ruptured in the Raichur Thermal Power Plant (RTPP) on Wednesday morning.
The first unit had already expired and was brought to the government’s attention.
However, as per the experts, the cause for the damage in the pipeline is due to restart of the unit after a long break.
Meanwhile, the MD of RTPP Shashikant has said that the repair work is on as per the expert’s advice.
