We have always heard experts saying that one’s daily skin care routine has a positive impact on the overall quality of a person’s complexion, especially if it is supported by effective products

Healthy skin is not achieved by using expensive products, but it is also very important to have a good skin care routine

Here are 5 must skincare routines for healthy skin

1.Drinking lots of water is not only good for your body but also for your skin. The cells in our body are mostly made up of water and water plays a critical role in maintaining physiological balance.

2.Exfoliating your skin is a very important part of your skin routine. Use a gentle exfoliator tp exfoliate your skin daily.

3.Apply sunscreen while going out as it is said that 90 percent of the signs of aging come from unprotected UV exposure. Spending time in the sun unprotected also increases your risk for skin cancer. So, it’s important to find a product that fits into your daily routine.

4.Apply moisturiser as it is needed to replenish the skin’s lost moisture and natural oils, especially after cleansing, toning, or exfoliating. Skin that is well-moisturized is soft, smooth, brighter, and more youthful looking.

5.Sleep well because If you don’t sleep, your cortisol levels can go up and when your cortisol levels go up that promotes inflammation in your skin
